The Laws of Nature and "Just Society"

The laws of physics postulate that equality and justice the way they are routinely promoted are nonsensical. An open society may create conditions for that pragmatic maximum of equality and justice which is sanctioned by the Laws of Nature. However this path is obstructed by the barriers that man himself erects. The question "can those barriers be removed?" is yet to be answered.
