Семейная терапия

В настоящее время многие терапевты отвергают системную позицию, относясь к ней как к модернистской и механистичной и, следовательно, менее полезной, чем новая нарративная мета­фора. Десятилетия исследований, концептуальных усовершенст­вований и технических разработок беспечно отброшены ради нового, улучшенного способа мышления. Хотя мы согласны с тем, что важно испытывать новые метафоры и практики и по­стоянно перепроверять старые, но вовсе не обязательно ради каждого шага вперед полностью отвергать прошлое. Наша цель состоит в том, чтобы постараться ухватить будоражащий дух но­вого, сохранив при этом уважение к вкладам гигантов, на чьих плечах мы стоим.
